Pricing
Pay for the countries you need
Monthly billing is the default. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months and get 12. Standard and Advanced cost the same.
Country
$250 per month
for each country you choose
Choose countries one by one, in any region. Each country is billed at this price.
Region
$1,200 per month
for each region
Every country in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe or America, including the ones marked coming soon.
Worldwide
$3,000 per month
for every country
Every country the API serves at the time of each request, including countries added later.
Prices are in US dollars. The console shows the total before you pay.
Standard and Advanced
Every plan is available on either tier, at the same price. Upgrade later and the same key covers it.
| What you get | Standard | Advanced |
|---|---|---|
| Published listings with every property detail | Included | Included |
| Insights: aggregated market data by place and period (coming soon) | Not included | Included |
| Price | Same price | Same price |
Included in every plan
- One API key, scoped to your countries and your tier
- A registered server address, which you can change in the console
- The specification, the reference and the integration guide, also as a PDF
- Usage, limits and quotas shown in the console
- Add countries or upgrade at any time, charged pro rata and applied as soon as the payment is confirmed
- Remove countries or move to Standard from your next renewal, with no refund for the current period
If a payment fails
- A new subscription has no key until its first payment has gone through.
- If a renewal payment fails, your key keeps working for 5 days while we email you, and is then paused.
- A disputed payment pauses the key straight away while it is reviewed.
- Once the payment is settled, the key resumes on its own.
